Framingham, MA—The United Way of Tri-County would like to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the 2018 ATHENA Leadership Award®. The ATHENA Awards recognizes a prominent leader in the MetroWest region whom consistently invests in their profession, their community and especially other women. They demonstrate leadership within their industry, mentor women throughout their career and dedicate themselves to the community through volunteer activities and charitable endeavors.
Nominations must be received by Friday, December 15, 2017. The nomination form, which includes award criteria, is available on UWTC’s website (www.uwotc.org/athena)). To enhance the candidate's potential, it is extremely important that nominators complete the form in its entirety.

Framingham Union Aid Association Announces 2018 Grant Program

Framingham, MA December 1, 2017 – The Framingham Union Aid Association, Inc. (FUAA) announces their 2018 grant program. FUAA has applications available for grant money for non-profit organizations that qualify under IRS Section 501c3 and are part of the MetroWest towns of Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Marlborough, Medway, Millis, Natick, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury and Wayland. FUAA will support projects related to education and/or services in the field of healthcare; research in the field of healthcare; improving public health and/or social services.
